We do not recommend using liquid or paste type silver cleaners on any of our silver jewelry, as these types of cleaners can cause damage with repeated use.

We typically ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you by email with your options. Please make sure your order includes a valid email address and that you watch for any messages from us.
Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail with tracking, which is a flat fee of $7.00. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

When you return an item, please pack it in a box or padded envelope.
